Description

Enjoy a unique interactive African Elephant experience with transfers from Johannesburg. 08h30am - You will be collected from the 'My Sandton City Stop' or a location within 50km radius of Sandton City or from Johannesburg International Airport (OR Tambo) in a white branded Toyota Fortuner. Collection time is strictly 08h30am, and dependent on traffic conditions you will be transported approx. 1.5-hour to the Elephant Sanctuary in Hartbeespoort. 10h00am - arrive and welcome at the Elephant Sanctuary for your experience. You will enjoy a 2-hour educational tour, where you will learn about their behaviour, communication and attributes of the elephant. The tour will include an interaction session with these magnificent creatures, including feeding and having your photo's taken with the elephants. 12h00pm - after your Elephant experience, you will then be taken into the Monkey Sanctuary, this is situated right next to the Elephant Sanctuary in a beautiful forest canopy. You will be able to interact with a feed the monkeys (beware of them grabbing your handbag or camera). you will enjoy 1-hour inside the Monkey Sanctuary where you will be able to take a walk along the forest walk pathway, which goes over 2 rope bridges and rises to the highest point on the reserve. This is not a strenuous walk and can be enjoyed at a leisurely pace. 13h00pm - after your Monkey Sanctuary experience, you will be transported back to your original point of collection.
